  Clearly I should have read the reviews on this place before I went and ordered from them. I ordered flowers on September 20th for my parents anniversary at about 8:00pm. My credit card was charged and I received a thank you email with the details of my order for delivery the next day.

  I sent an email this morning inquiring about the delivery and haven't received a response - I tried to call the number listed and the mailbox is full.. I am not sure what business has a full voice mail box and doesn't answer the phone in the middle of the afternoon...

  BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam. They will take your money and order and never fulfill it. You won’t get a hold of anyone if you try to call. There were many, many similar reviews on Facebook but they were deleted. Please order from another establishment.

  The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I only found out because the recipient posted a picture of the arrangement on Instagram. I was shocked and embarrassed about how sparse and cheap-looking the arrangement was. It was not what I paid for. I left messages with the florist that were never returned. I am disputing the charge. I will NEVER use this company again and would recommend you ask for a picture of what is actually delivered when you send flowers to someone. I got totally ripped off...

  I would NOT recommend this business to anyone - I basically feel like that is money down the drain. I am very disappointed - I will NOT use this business again.

  absolutely no response for two weeks of trying.....voice mail is FULL and has been - no answer any time during the day plus no response from FB private message - unacceptable for this time of year

  This florist is an amazing and talented women. Every order i have placed has been exquisite and far more beautiful than the picture. I highly recommend her and I really love supporting small businesses! The last order i placed with Dottie, My mother was not home and she personally delivered it at 10:30 pm just so my mom could have it on her birthday. This florist will go above and beyond!!!!

  I spoke to my parents the evening of the 21st and nothing had been delivered - I didn't really think anything of it being they had been in and out all day perhaps they missed the delivery.
