  Very clean rooms, extremely polite and helpful staff. Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast was also very good. This is our second stay here and we will be back again.

  I was staying at the Quality Inn from December 11th, 2017 to December 12th, 2017. The stay was for a test that was being held at the hotels conference room. I had asked for a late check out on the 11th as the testing was going to go till 1pm. The lady working the front desk said it wouldn't be a problem. On the 12th I had asked to make sure it was still ok and the lady working the front desk said it wasn't allowed and we would have to pay for half a day. The best they could do was an extra 30 minutes. Any other hotel I stayed at has allowed the late check out. They had shut our keys off at 11am so we had no access to our room. On top of all this, the hotel wasn't that great. There is way to much going on in the lobby and it was very noisy. It took a long time for anyone to come to the front desk when I needed someone. The hotel is also right beside the highway so it is very noisy and hard to sleep at night. The conference room was very cold and was right beside the workers staff room so during the test all you could hear was the workers laughing. The elevator didn't seem very safe either. The pool was very small and the windows outside didn't leave much privacy. Overall I thought it would have been an easy stay as the testing was being held there but it was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Very nice room. Clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Had an exterior door on the main floor making bringing luggage in quite easy. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Pool was nice as well. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel to anyone in the st john area. It was about $40 less expensive than staying in the city and only a 15 min drive out.

  Beautiful room, all staff friendly and helpful, rooms well kept up and clean. Swimming pool only up to 4' deep-great for families with young children. Great free breakfast, good selection. Will stay again.
