  Home/auto policies mis-managed for years...even though agents were advised of changes and correct rating information, corrections were never made and over-payment of premiums went on for a number of years! When this was brought to management's attention, their response was " moving forward we'll try to make sure things are done correctly". No offer to reimburse overpayments or even an apology! 4 different agents over an 8 year period should have been a warning I guess! A company that cannot retain experienced staff isn't going to be really interested in retaining clients or providing stellar customer service! Avoid this place at all costs!

  I have been a client of Higgins for the past 5 years and have found their rates are extremely competitive. I continuously refer Higgins to friends, co-workers and family. I recently had some questions about a vehicle and Leslee went above and beyond in helping me, which occurred on a weekend. I think Higgins offers the best rates and service when it comes to all my insurance needs. Thanks again Leslee for outstanding service!!!
