    Both of your stores needs better management, I live in Hampton and their is limited places to shop here as it is and now I have to drive into Rothesay and shop at Kents.

    You as a store owner should learn from the big guys how to run your stores and stop looking after these guys who have been working for you forever and doing what ever they want, they are ruining your business.
